I personally would not want to have a colleague from my institution in the same ALS. In our set we covered challenges about projects that also touched upon individual challenges. I would not have wanted to share in the same way had a close colleague been present.

Perhaps have an interactive spreadsheet that generates a heat map where institutions need to focus efforts. I've seen some corporate consultancy companies effectively doing this

DX is a process, whose output can be measured/sampled at points in time. DX involves people and happens within a changing environment. It would be useful to understand if the Jisc framework is intended to be more a of yardstick to measure progress, and/or a tool to actively manage/shape change (a change management framework)?

Some of the evidence based practices we piloted in the jisc trial are being rolled out in our institution, and something that was so clear in the trial was that nothing is successfully transformed if we don’t get input and buy in from staff at all levels to start with and deal with barriers in that change management before we begin.
