I think the theme of Percy Jackson and the Olympians is like learning from your mistakes. Because in the book it said that Percy caused trouble at a field trip, foolishness on the school bus, and just causing trouble, and that's  because he had Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder  just like me.
Also, in school he had bad grades.  Because I used to be like that at school and I was always very energetic.
