The national flag of Estonia is a tricolour featuring three equal horizontal bands of blue (top), black, and white. 

Symbolism   blue: vaulted blue sky above the native land;   black: attachment to the soil of the homeland as well as the fate of Estonians – for  centuries black with worries;   white: purity, hard work, and commitment.

The flag of Bulgaria is a tricolor. The bulgarian tricolor has three equal sized horizontal bands of white of the top , green in the middle and red to the bottom. According to Ancient and Heraldic traditions much simbolism is associated with colors. The color of bulgarian flag represent the following. White - peace and honesty. Green - hope, joy and love Red - hardiness, bravery , strenght and valor. The meaning of the flag of Bulgaria, the national symbol is independence and soverednty of the Bulgarian state.

The national flag of Romania is a tricolor with vertical stripes from the flagpole, blue, yellow and red.

The flag of Germany consists of three equal horizontal bands of black (top), red, and gold.

The Greek flag is blue and white. It has nine horizontal blue and white stripes, with a white cross on a blue square field in the canton position (upper left corner by the flagpole). The white cross symbolizes Greek Orthodoxy, the established religion of Greece. The striped pattern was chosen because of its similarity with the wavy sea that surrounds the shores of Greece. The blue and white colors represent the seas surrounding Greece with its blue water and white wave crests.

The national flag of Turkey is composed of red with a vertical white crescent (the closed portion is toward the hoist side) and white five-pointed star centered just outside the crescent opening.

The flag of Poland consists of two equal horizontal bands of white (top) and red; similar to the flags of Indonesia and Monaco which are red (top) and white.

Yellow stands for a yellow wheat field; blue means a blue sky.
