3. 值得欣賞的地方：可以看出這個活動事前已舉辦了很多次，所以準備非常充足。機構義工會事先聯絡長者，與其溝通，亦會給予我們充足的活動指引。

-Should pay more attention and patience for the elderly. Be active to ask, to listen and to respond for their needs.
