 You could send emails, letters or use other elements to keep in touch without using the  social networks. Remember that friendships require effort and commitment of both sides to keep it.

           many things around you that help you overcome any situation, I don't know anything about your childhood, but I think the family is the institution where children should be educated and learn all about life. You should think about this and back in time what happened then. 
First of all, you need to find out why you act like this. You can share your feelings and emotions with people who generate confidence or try to make sincere friends with whom you are able to share your life experiences. 
I know it's not easy to find good friends, but you can do it. 
In addition, you should not spend most of your time alone, then you could call anyone to have a little fun on the weekends.
