Wise- When Big Anthony had messed up she stayed calm and she even gave him a wise consequence to his actions and models that in the book.

Hard worker-he is a strong worker for Strega Nona, as he quickly takes care of her garden and house chores in order for him to have a bed to sleep in and fair pay.

Untrustworthy-Big Anthony was untrustworthy because Strega Nona specifically asked him to not touch the pasta pot, but he did anyways to prove the town wrong, leaving the whole town spilling with pasta.

Strega Nona, an old lady, wanted to go out of town to help some people with her magic touch and leave Big Anthony in charge. But Big Anthony disobeyed Strega Nona's rule of touching her magic pot. So pasta poured out of the pot flooding the town and Big Anthony could not fix it no matter how many times he did Strega Nona's spell. Then Strega Nona had came back and saved the townspeople from the pasta and made Big Anthony eat the remaining pasta as a consequence. Finally, Anthony learned that there are consequences to our actions and that he should have not broke Strega Nona's trust.

Always listen to people and make sure that they have trust in you, otherwise there are consequences to your actions.
