Evidence: Written accounts and archaeological evidence show that the palaces were usually made up of many buildings surrounded by an enclosure, which may have been made of wood.

Inference: Many people lives inside the houses made of wood.
Evidence: The nobles themselves their servants, priests, monks, guards and artists, the living quarters were almost always built using wood, which was more cooling than houses of brick and stones.
