         <description><![CDATA[<div>I use StepsApp Pedometer on my phone because it counts how many calories I burn and how many steps I do. I try to do 10.000  steps every day! In summer I don’t use any app because I always go to the beach with my friends and we workout when we swim up and down the sea ! I enjoy all the moments when I workout because I am at the nature! </div>]]></description>

My sport is skiing, and it is very demanding, I usually go running and do some exercises and I use an app that tells me how many km I do and how many calories I lose.<br>During the summer I go to the glacier to train on the slopes.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I like so much practice sports and when I do it I feel happy and carefree...it is so relaxing! <br>My favourite sport is running and I practice it everyday to keep fit, even if running alone is so hard because you can’t speak with no one and the time doesn’t pass.<br>To control my training and my heart beat I use my smart watch and then I download my trainings on an app called Suunto Movescount to see more data.</div>]]></description>

In that app you can count the calories that you have burned and you can do a list of what you are going to eat. “Nike Training Club” is an app that contains more than 185 trains to do and very specific ones as well. I think these apps are very useful for the exercises that you want to do.</div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>
