Disadvantage: Some nations may use this technology as a form of a very powerful weapon against their enemies. Too much consumption of this type of foods can kill a person. Therefore, we use the products of genetic modification of food in these nations that means we suicide.

Advantage: Plants have been genetically modified can become more resistant to unexpected disease problem. In addition, we can decrease using pesticides because it is strong enough to against various types of insects or pests that may destroy it.
Disadvantage: it cannot have a delicious taste like ordinary food.

Advantage: people don’t bring a lot of heavy books when they go to school. Also it is convenient to do your homework everywhere at time.

Disadvantage: if you want to use computerized book, you have to have technology equipment such as tablet, laptop, smartphone,… but it is very expensive that sometimes people cannot buy it.

One of the most advantages of the GM food is the adaption with conditional environment because it supports for growing and money but it also achieves effective results.
In contrary, it also has disadvantage, specially it's changes can not be natural as same as first, it can have a bad shape, some people don't like it. Eventhough, it tend to be expensive

Computer schoolbooks
The advantage of computer schoolbooks is helpful for student. Student don't need to buy book, they can search on computer and it is the convenient way to read a book quickly.
The disadvantage of it is lazy, student can be lazy to walk, they depend on computer. Some student use it for entertainment, not for study. Sitting in front of the screen too long can affect to their eyes.

Regular exercise
Health is very important to everyone because it affects to life. Regular exercie is a good way to practice body. If people do exercie hard, they will have a strong body, muscle. Especially, they can decrease rate of getting heart diseases, obesity, and some cancer.
On the other hand, if people do not do exercise regularly, they can be illness, they can't work and earn money. but they are also easy to get serious sickness like gluconic diseases, diabetes,... the older, the shorter life expectancy.
