People need communication skills as it is important to stimulate a good teamwork between one another, if there is a a problem and communication is there, it will be easy for those who is involved to communicate and solved it .

Leadership ,
Having leadership is hard as it involves many other traits including humility , decisiveness and managerial competence. Being assigned as a leader also means that you have to be hearing other opinions , understanding people points and having a huge responsibility to give in easily but with a logical point to it.

- everyone in a team will agree on the project or work as their opinions are together
