         <description><![CDATA[<div>How we measure that learning has taken place<br>Based on what the stakeholders require from the learning<br><br>Can include things like WBA- formative, but can be used as a single point of reference for programmatic assessments e.g CEX, DOPS, CBD, 360 feedback.<br><br>Summative- i.e. OSCES, PACES- to drive learning and motivations. (Utilising real patients or simulated, replicating real life)<br><br>Programmatic- CPD, ARCP<br><br>Miller's Pyramid- targeting the higher levels such as shows, Blooms taxonomy utilising higher level verbs,<br>Constructive alignment- Biggs, to design teaching sessions in the workplace.&nbsp;<br><br>The need to analyse the progress of a trainee and to highlight areas of remediation.<br><br></div>]]></description>
