         <description><![CDATA[<p>Could have students be required to communicate on a discussion board by certain dates. </p><p><br></p><p>In the past, I have also had students send in like Midterm reflections/review of peers effort at certain points. Then contacting the student who is not participating if peer reviews are similar. </p><p><br></p><p>I have also inserted a "firing clause" in some past collab work, where if a student is not collaborating, and the group has evidence I (as their "manager") will fire them and they have to complete the project solo... sounds harsh, but is a great incentive. </p>]]></description>
