         <description><![CDATA[<div>We also use the locations in our classroom for cognitive shifts. It is very intentional -- The children know that when they go to the carpet, there is a shift in activities. Same with going to the stars to lineup. We also use a visual schedule as well as a min schedule -- Example: During circle time, we also have a mini schedule to show the activities within the circle time -- Example: First Star of the day, then "We Wish You Well," and then the lesson or any other parts of circle time so children are able to very clearly and cognitively understand.<br><br></div>]]></description>
