         <description><![CDATA[<p>a) I see two meats with different colours. One is white and red and one is brownish-black. The one that white and red in colour is cooked below the required temperature range. The other one is cooked over the required temperature. The white one seems raw while the other one seems burnt.</p><p>b) I think the food needs to be cooked at the right temperature so the food will not be undercooked or over cooked and it will lose nutrients.</p><p>c) I wonder if the  white chicken will taste better if it is cooked for a longer time?</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>i see that uncooked food is more red and bloody then the cooked food which looks burnt</p><p>i think that if the food is not cooked at the right temperature, the food may be undercooked or overcooked</p><p>i wonder that the person will get food poisoning</p>]]></description>
