This shows that Squeaky is a dynamic character because she learned from the events in the story.

In the beginning of the story Amy was rude toward her mother’s cooking, and embarassed about her culture. By the end of the story she realized that there was nothing about her culture or food to be embarrassed about. These details reveal that Amy is a dynamic character.

His actions, such as burping to show thanks and being polite throughout the whole meal, obviously leave an imprint on Amy’s Mom and Dad. Amy’s Dad was happy because the minister learned about chinese customs and the mom must have been proud to have cooked that whole meal and be thanked for it. To conclude, the minster is a flat character because we only saw a little of his personality and his personality never changes.
