Some good things about the Apennines was how easy it was to cross the mountains. Because it was so easy to cross the mountains people did not travel in little groups they traveled in large groups. This was useful because everyone could stick together and if there was a attack  by a bear, they would stick together and instead of people dying they could kill the bear. Another thing that was useful was there farmland.   This was good because it was useful for many people and more people could settle.  Some bad things about the Apennines was that because people heard about how great the Apennines was a ton of people came to move here and the population crowded. Another good thing about the Tiber River is the food in the river. People can fish and get food to eat. This is important because also without food you will die and this helped save many peoples lives. People not only used the fish to eat, people sold the fish. People made a career from the water and that also helped family's get money and survive. Some bad things about the Tiber River is that many boys were abandoned and that caused a lot of problems. Some problems that it caused was some of the boys dying because they can not live off of what they had. This caused deaths or many of the boys would never be the same as they were before. There is now a city there and many people live there. It had mountains. It had a very important impact. The impact was how it separated Italy to Europeans land all the way on the north. Sicily was very important because if there wasn't those mountains than there would be no separation. If it was not separated that could cause a ton of fighting and Rome could lose a lot or the Europeans could lose a lot and the mountains saved the chance of any of that. happening for that reason. Another good thing about Latium was the mild climate. The mild climate was nice and added a great touch to Rome.
