I think I have developed.Good discussions. Different perspective.

Prepared for future worklife? Yes I think so, wetalked about what Im good at at not.
Yes I have done a lot of plaaning. 5 year plan for the future. It was good to think further ahead.

How have you met the mentor? We have met in person, and only in Teams.
Have it worked well to meet online? Yes it has been ok.

How did you work your agenda? My mentor asked what I want to to talk about, and what I bring me?

We used the compendium. 
And we also did a role play interview. We were really good prepared for the programme. 
A lot of discussions were around interviews: how to apply... It was interesting to hear how he was choosing which employers or not. 
Interesting to hear how he was thinking about it. 

A lot of questions about interviews, how it works in Sweden. It changes the questions I ask to people when I recruit them. 

I want to do it again. 

Discussions about how to behave in the Swedish work life. 

I want to keep contact with my mentee.
