Even if my not a policy maker but i want to express as a teacher knowing every that it is as how interact with the learners mostly. ICT is very important to enhance our education standard. So teachers should be well informed about the tool and benefits it bring as all.

I am a teacher assigned at a regional school office, supporting schools to realize national projects.
I am very impressed by the seriousness of the experimentation protocol, but I am also very impressed by the amount of loss among encouraged teachers (to use TET-SAT). In order to preserve this enormous effort, I think it will be interesting to continue it in national tutored applications. in Italy we could integrate the use of TET-SAT in the school self-evaluation process, with the help of the national agency Indire and the help of regional school offices as institutional parts involved in schools system assessment and improvement with RAV (Self-assessment Report) and PdM (Improvement Plan).

I'm not a policy maker but only a teacher. I was greatly impressed by the Mentep experiment, its planning and its results. Particularly I was surprised that teachers who were not encouraged did not use the tool at all.

The important factors are, Teachers, Students needs and the future of the country, unfortunately in Turkey , the policymakers haven't taken into seriously these factors they just take other countries' systems and tried to use in our country as aresult of this the Educational System in my country become a mixture of the systems, or an exretmely compicated thing that nobody can understand.

I think that all stakeholders need to understand that their input will contribute to the project and has to be of importance. Also, understanding what ICT means when integrating into the curriculum, the better policies will be developed.

In the last 15 years in my country we have repeatedly changed the training program. We could not. Because we need our own training program. Not copy and paste systems from other countries.
