The haka is a dance typical of the māori people, the ethnic origin of New Zealand, often considered simply, but erroneously, a war dance. She was made famous, in the style of Ka Mate, by All Blacks, the national rugby team to 15 New Zealanders. Koekohe Beach is one of the most mysterious beaches in New Zealand. In this corner of the country the erosion has been capricious: a multitude of egg-shaped rocks with diameters exceeding 2 meters invades the beach.
MONTE COOK :
The Cook Mountain with its 3700 meters of height is the most known peak of New Zealand and also the most dangerous.

In the westland National Park there is a paradise of caves and ice falls. The kiwi, on the other hand, is also a typical New Zealand bird belonging to the apteryx genus. Its name comes from the Greek and means devoid of wings even if, in reality, this bird has wings, they are only too small to fly it! With wings of about 4/5 cm, the bird has in fact serious difficulty to take off the flight but, on the other hand, thanks to its robust claws, it is able to move with dexterity in the woods.

Secondary Sector :
The most important industries are agro-food, related to livestock farming, and those producing consumer goods (textile and mechanical industries). The main sources of energy are hydroelectric, thermal and geothermal power stations.
Tertiary Sector : 
The tormented morphology of the territory hinders the development of communications; the road networks are well developed, but the railway ones are rather deficient. This benefits air transport, which is very functional.
School and social services are of an excellent standard. Tourism is also highly developed.

It’s rare that it gets very hot in summer, as it is rare that it gets very cold in winter, if not in the far south.
The rains are quite frequent all year round, but they are almost everywhere more frequent in winter than in summer, except in the extreme south , where they are frequent also in summer.
The sun is not exceptional, but it is still discreet in summer, at least in the north.
