For example, I give students instructions on the top half of the assignment and give them 10-15 minutes to work on it. Then I pause them and give them directions on the bottom half, give them 10-15 minutes to work on it. It helps them focus and understand what’s expected </p>]]></description>

Then I do a more complex example, then break and have them try a more complex example.
