My name is Asiria. I was born in Mexico, Leon Gto. My culture is Mexican, I speak it only with my parents. I came to California when I was 2 years old with my family. I grew up and live in La Puente. I have both parents and two sisters. I love dogs! I have a chihuahua and yorkie. My oldest sister has her BA in communications from UCSD. My youngest sister is a senior in high school. I work with kids as a program leader at Think Together. I enjoy working with kids because they look up to me as teacher and mentor. 

I went to Mt. SAC after high school (2014), I received my associates degree at Mt. SAC and transferred to Cal Poly Pomona (2017). I am a student at Cal Poly Pomona will be graduating this spring (2019) with my BA in sociology. My long term goal was to receive my BA. I also plan on doing my masters next year. As for my career, I want to become a therapist or counselor for children. 

Some few facts about, I am 22 years old and I like sense of humor, and I love making new friends! I like going to the gym and outgoing. I love squirrels!
