I recommend the Salish Trail for beginners—it’s about 45 minutes round trip and good for walking, running, or biking.</p>]]></description>

The reparative nature of swimming lanes helps me enter an almost meditative state that I find extremely relaxing without being boring. As most of my friends enjoy swimming as well it is also a great way for us to get together. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Nutritional Strategy—Hello everyone, I would like to share my nutritional strategy. Here’s my lunch for yesterday. There are fresh shrimp with a tender taste and braised pork belly beside it. There‘s also a bowl of tomato and egg soup. I think both shrimp and eggs contain a lot of protein, and tomatoes contain vitamin C. My lunch usually includes vegetables, meat and soup. Normally I eat rice for meals, sometimes there are also noodles and dumplings. For meat, whether it's chicken, beef or pork, I always feel more energetic after eating them.</p><p><br></p>]]></description>

This prompted the goal to add one portion of one type of vegetable or fruit. Today happened to be a salad day! I enjoy social aspect of playing alongside my teammates and competing towards a common goal together. Golf also gives me time to talk and laugh with my friends, which makes me feel relaxed. Besides, golf is a good exercise, so I feel healthier and happier after playing.</p>]]></description>

This photo was taken today on Seattle's South Lake Union. Funnily enough, the boat pictured is Mark Zuckerberg's mega yacht. I've attached the local news article as it's been the talk of the town here. Myself and many others were circling around the boat to get a glimpse. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>This has been my most recent favorite meal - Hot Honey Bowl. Its just ground beef, avocade, sweet potato, cottage cheese and hot honey. It blew up on TikTok a little while ago and once I tried it, I was hooked. It's super easy to make, very healthy and honestly tastes good. I use social media a lot to find good recipes that are both healthy and simple to make and I have found some good stuff. I know I will probably get sick of this meal eventually but for now, I eat it everyday lol!</p>]]></description>
