Teach assertive communication and active listening skills.
Also, to create an inclusive and safe environment,
we must promote respect and empathy among all members of the school community.
And implement clear rules against violence and bullying, with fair and educational consequences.
For education in values and socio-emotional skills, programs that develop emotional intelligence, peaceful conflict resolution, and tolerance must be included.
Also, activities that raise awareness about diversity and the importance of inclusion must be carried out.
In early intervention and support,
disruptive behaviors or bullying situations must be detected early in order to intervene with psychological support and mediation.
And involve families and specialists when necessary.
In teacher training,
teachers must be trained in conflict management, inclusive pedagogical strategies, and techniques to foster a positive classroom climate.Promote active participation
We must encourage collaboration and teamwork among students. Create spaces where everyone feels valued and heard.
In conclusion, the incidence of conflicts can be significantly reduced and the school climate improved, promoting a healthy and respectful learning environment for all.

We can make our classrooms more peaceful if we learn to communicate in a clear and respectful way. By speaking directly and avoiding gossip, we prevent misunderstandings and unnecessary fights. It also helps to build a positive and healthy environment where everyone feels safe and respected.

When someone makes a mistake or behaves badly, it’s best to address it right away and open a space for dialogue so that those involved can talk and understand each other. We should also work to prevent bullying, support one another, and learn about the importance of mental health, managing our emotions, and building a safe and supportive community.
