Then, I reached the age of 13 and entered junior high school. I got bombarded with series of challenges and obstacles and almost losing my best friend — who is like a sister to me. At the same year, I started joining club activities, student council, earning my place as a respectable student model.

Second year of highschool, I managed to get included within the top 10, earned my place as the secretary of our school marching band, Drum and Lyre. 

The following year after, I turned 15. I was diagnosed with chronic depression (that I’m pretty sure that I don’t have), anxiety disorder and mild autism or Asperger’s. I’m confident that I don’t have depression but, anxiety — yes, but autism — that’s a different story. Signs of autism was present ever since I was a child like, difficulty understanding situations and many more. But, the doctor told us not to worry for any odd mental state I might develop in the future because I grew up in a normal environment and my mental health is well-mannered and quite healthy.

In the same year, my left hearing started deteriorating. My left ear started having infections which was affecting the canal for receiving sound. And there’s another news I received that year. 3rd year was tough for me but, it’s not as worse when I reached 4th year JHS.

4th year high school. Aside from the workload of being a student leader, secretary of the school’s art club, the marching band’s head of the flags and being a student too, the drama was overwhelming. Our friendship were falling apart, my best friends fighting — but, it all pass when we decided that those fights were nothing but tools to make our bond stronger than ever.

I entered SHS in iACADEMY 4 months after and I never experienced this hospitality and warmth of a school before. I plan on pursuing my animation studies here in college and come back to the school again in order to teach.
