         <description><![CDATA[<div>According to a new study on teenagers, aged 11-17, about their physical activity they discovered that in high school, there tend to be less areas conducive to outdoor physical activities, like playgrounds. High school students are often exposed to more spaces for sitting and socialising, and research shows they can start to develop negative attitudes towards physical education. Therefore meaning they complete less physical activity. <br><br>If teenagers stay more physically active they will experience health benefits, mental benefits, emotional benefits and social benefits. For example when you exercise you release endorphins which makes you feel happier. Another example is that exercising more helps prevent potential health issues. <br><br>Overall, staying physically active has numerous benefits. </div>]]></description>
