         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li>Such pressure is beyond social media and the younger generation - everyone wants to fit in and put their best image forward.</li><li>By nature, we as a species desire a sense of belonging - to fit in with society and associate with the social norm.</li><li>Young people replicate what they see on social media in order to fit into their impression of such social success.</li><li>It is extremely easy and common to change your image on social media - photo editing, forgery, etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Snapchat's location feature (etc) puts pressure on social media consumers to share as much of their life as possible.</li><li>Mainstream media (i.e. popular Instagram public figures) serve as a reference as what is currently most socially desirable (i.e. trends, body types, etc.).</li><li>While certain individuals may be initially fine with being themselves, the presence of social media may pressure some to fit themselves into society's mold.&nbsp;</li><li>Gender norms and social media - maintaining their external image is an ongoing phenomenon amongst women of all time periods - social media have simply strengthened this factor.</li><li>The shower and the critics - some prefer presentation to evaluation (different types of way people use social media).</li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>- People trying to fit in, not doing anything out of the ordinary<br>-A lot of pressure to have a good image because some people have others that look up to them. Some people might have to present a false version of themselves in order to maintain their social status. Additionally, some celebrities lead trends and they may feel a sense of responsibility in leading other people towards the right direction.<br>-Some people feel pressured to follow trends because that many other people are doing it and they may feel left out if they are not following what everyone else is doing.<br>-Females have a stronger tendency to follow others and trends.<br>-Social expectation of how people should act and look like, leading to pressure on how someone feels about themselves</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>-Larger quantity of people to show.<br>-Easier to create image (even your identity)<br>-Influence daily routine or action (have to check out message)<br>-Materialistic society, youths have to fit into the society other people want.<br>-Social media pressures people to be other people. Themselves could be good, but still follows other people.<br>-Some people like attention some not.&nbsp;<br>-Gender (Girls should be in some kind of social media)<br>-A lot of fake identities (gender, age, face, etc)<br>-However social media could be the place where people&nbsp;relax.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li>The presence of a "support network" - while a string of compliments by the same few people may be beneficial to the shower's egotistical needs, this factor may create a bubble of enabling illusion, and may encourage the shower to continue their way of using social media, regardless of its nature.</li><li>A reaffirmation-based system (i.e. Likes, Comments, Views, etc.) implies a direct tie between the quality of the content and the amount of "points". This causes audiences to contribute to the platform for the sake of earning such points, rather than simply sharing their lives and thoughts.</li></ul>]]></description>
