But through the season, they were undefeated and worked together as a team through their differences, and did not give up. With their efforts, they were able to win the state championship.

The Eagles, a team that had always been made fun of and never getting anywhere. Finally made it to the Superbowl and won.The team struggled for years but never gave up and they fulfilled their dreams to win a championship.

Rage, rage against the dying of the light"(Thomas 1-3); Dylan Thomas' poem advocates for self-motivation, where he tells the audience to "don't give up" and "push until the end for that dream/success".  For instance, Jim Carrey grew up from a impoverished family and was forced to live through numerous obstacles: his father was laid off, his family was forced to live in a van, and he had to drop out of high school to help support his family. However, despite his rough upcoming, Carrey drove forward with determination to become a successful comedian. Women rights because in the poem something is being token away and in society women rights are being taken away everyday. 

This also connects to the poem 
The caged bird because the bird wanted to be free.
"But a caged bird stands on the grave of dreams   
his shadow shouts on a nightmare scream   
his wings are clipped and his feet are tied   
so he opens his throat to sing."

This quote is saying how the world needs women so why would it make sense to put women down and take away their abilities.

This is an image of a man getting his freedom taken away from him. In the movie the Amistad Cinque gets his freedom revoked by African kings for slavery. Dylan Thomas states "And learned , too late, they grieved it on its way".  This says that people are regretful for the life they lived because they did nothing with it. For example, a greats example is people in the military. I use this example because these people are risking there lives day in and day out being shot at getting injured...closed to death.
