Which kind of services do they offer?
Accomodation center
The accomodation centre are aimed at making the foreigners hosted there in the shortest time. The reception centres provide, where it's possible, to social and cultural services suitable to promote the autonomy and social inclusion of guest. Each region determines the management and structural requirements of the centres and allows conventions with private entities and finances.

Can foreign people benefit of it?
Foreign people with residency permit that works regularly, the refugees, have the right to access, with the same conditions of italian citizens, to the houses of public residence. They can also benefit of the services of intermediation given by social agencies.

How can they benefit of it?
To obtain the assegnation of a house of public residence, you can ask to your city Hall of residence and you must fill in the appropriate form.
The amministration emanate, every four years, an "announcement of assignment" of the houses of public residence, 
published on the website of the city.
