Judit, our ESC volunteer from Barcelona, buys a notebook in that special place, knowing it will soon hold stories from all over the world. ✨

The Traveling Diary's first trip was to the UK. It went to the Manchester Conference that was hosted by our partner organization, the Anne Frank Trust UK.

Lovely AFYN members from different cities across the UK wrote in it, sharing their thoughts and experiences! ✨

Our diary crossed the Atlantic for the first time to go to Curaçao with our team member Maxine. Isn't that amazing?

The diary came back to the Netherlands just in time to meet our Dutch AFYN members, the Jongerenteam.

After a weekend full of activities in the city of Rotterdam, some participants took a moment to fill its pages with their thoughts and reflections ✨

The diary also came with us to Barcelona, for EUROM's Youth and Memory Engagement conference.

It didn't only see sunny beaches. It also got to meet our AFYN members from Czechia and Hungary, Antonie and Sára, who shared their experiences in the conference! ✨

Sixth location, July 2025

For its sixth location, the diary travelled from Amsterdam to São Paulo... And three of our incredible AFYN members got the chance to add their entries: Lorena and Jennifer, from Minas Gerais, and Maria Laura, from Piauí!

Seventh location, July 2025

We took the diary to South Carolina for our International Youth Forum, where it was passed from hand to hand.

People from different countries added their entries, filling its pages with voices from around the world. It was such a transformative experience for all of us! ✨🌎

Eighth location, August 2025

After the Youth Forum in the US, the diary travelled to Buenos Aires, Argentina.

There, it stayed at el Centro Ana Frank, where many of their museum guides had the opportunity to write their entries ✨.

Ninth location, August 2025

The diary came back to Amsterdam with our delegation from Latin America, where more than thirty youngsters from different Latin American countries (Colombia, Chile, Perú, Argentina, and many more!) visited for a week.

During their stay, they wrote their entries and shared their experiences in the event. 🌍✨
