Talking about aging and what I can see in 10, 20 or 30 years made me realize how much fear I've been holding. Now I can begin to look for ways to find hope and possibility and work to shape that future! Excited for our sessions together!!

Brave rather than perfect

What an amazing group of people, from all walks of life. The self reflection questions, made me realize I answered those questions way differently then I would have last year, and even ten years ago. Life experiences should be valued more than they are.
