We made a solution of worst comes to worse we will have to use the waterbear live room the main issue with this is it can only have 30 people due to insurance reasons. The lack of capacity is why this is the worst outcomes. but doing this means it still happens

Another solution we gave was to keep nudging the events manager

One of our good friends is a very good sound engineer so I have messaged him asking if he could do it and he said he would do it if he is free however I have now sent him a followup message with the date and now am just waiting for a reply

So we have set a Goal In a way of 2 weeks before the event we will have a confirmed venue and this may mean we will have to change however the venue we may change to seems alot quicker and easier

Greg said to me that he thinks that Alex could be on tour that day so wouldn't be able to be free. I further sent another message to Alex saying if he is on tour I think it was good to send a second message to more likely get a quick reply to think of other options

However if we use the waterbear live room there wouldn't be an engineer however as I have done engineering jobs before I will do it

Specifically the city centre, there are many Transport links so as many people even if they don't have cars or don't want to walk their are the trams alot and the buses consistently

while still having the half an hour so people can come in rather then just starting and people coming in once its already starting and potentially someone missing and award they could be up for.

because this is now sorted we can go onto the next step of our plan of starting the social media marketing
