The government plays an important role as the government decides where provide fundings which is crucial to build new infrastructure. For an example terminal 4. The new terminal 4 has many wonderful facilities like indoor green sanctuary, alluring transit lounge, duty free shops, fast and easy check in. This attracts tourists as when they come for layovers, they know that there are good facilities for the, to enjoy. And without the government there would not be any funding to build this. When more tourists come to the airport, naturally they will contribute to the economy of Singapore. This increases the number of tourists that come to Singapore .
