         <description><![CDATA[<p>	1.	Pronunciation &amp; Clarity – A good speaker pronounces words clearly, with minimal errors. Those at a lower level may be difficult to understand due to frequent mispronunciations.</p><p>	2.	Fluency – Strong students speak smoothly with minimal pauses, while weaker ones hesitate frequently and struggle to form sentences.</p><p>	3.	Grammar &amp; Accuracy – Students should use basic grammar structures correctly. Those excelling make only minor mistakes, while weaker students make frequent errors that affect understanding.</p><p>	4.	Vocabulary Range – A student at this level should use basic vocabulary effectively. Strong students use a variety of words, while weaker ones repeat words often or use incorrect vocabulary.</p><p>	5.	Interaction &amp; Response – This assesses the ability to engage in simple conversations. Confident students respond naturally, while weaker ones struggle even in basic exchanges.</p>]]></description>
