We have 30 students. 
Two adults work in the room.
We do have gluten allergies in the classroom--however if we have alternative options I think we will be fine.

1) How long is the party?
2) Do you want one all-class activity/game and one craft, or would you like the kids to have a few choices?
3) Do you want the kids all doing the same thing simultaneously or rotating from station to station?
4) If rotating, should it be a set period (i.e.; every 10-mins) or as the kids finish something and choose to move to the next?
5) It looks like food/drink is pretty well set with the apple cider, “Witch Hat Surprise Cookies,” monster fruit treat, mini spider donuts, and GF trail mix, so we will help with activities/games and crafts instead. Here are some activity (game) and craft ideas:

I'm sorry there is no other name attached) want to work the craft table.  Is there a craft you have planned and do you  need items donated?

We will have stations set up so part of the group will be eating, playing a game or crafting then rotating through.  There is probably only about an hour for them to do everything, so crafts and games need to be relatively easy (for the age group) and not a lot of steps.

Laura and Brian had some great ideas if you needed any.

(remember everyone wins in the end so we need to have enough prizes for everyone to get one :-) 

This is a suggestion, if you would like to play another small group game that is great, you  can plan it and If we need any of this picked up let us know.

Mrs. Gorenflo posted that we should have enough prizes for everyone to get one, because everyone wins in the end. I have a bag of 40 glow bracelets to use as prizes (for 30-35 players), and I was also going to get some pencil topper erasers. I talked to Mrs. Gorenflo last night at the basketball game, and we decided to use candy corn as "chips" instead of erasers, because I wasn't certain how many chips each student would need during the game. Maybe between whatever prizes we both bring, we can let the kids choose what they want each time they win :) As for winning more than once, I'm not sure about that - bingo is such a random chance game, so I'm guessing we should be prepared for that, but we also need to keep in mind the playing time will be short since the party's only an hour.
