A large part, if not the most important, of success in your chosen career is being professional. Being professional is more than just dressing appropriately. It's proper etiquette, manners, respect, having values and ethics that align, and having drive. I included pictures with words such as etiquette and respect because I believe these to be key dimensions of professionalism. There is a higher standard to be held in a workplace environment when the people you are around are not all close friends or family. You may not get along or be the same or even want the same things out of a job, but part of being professional is diversity training and being willing to work with others anyway. Being professional in any given situation really speaks for your character and can help you advance further in your career and as person in general.
