I would think to myself, "Even if it's not your job, I still hoped that you would help me." As lead teachers, we may be asked questions where we don't know the answers. It's up to us to find out the answers and steer our teachers in the right direction. What I love about our school is that I've NEVER heard "that's not my job." All in means breaking down barriers, kicking excuses to the curb, and keeping our focus on our students every second of the time. As we grow bigger and bigger and we add new teachers, personalities, and experiences - sometimes in our field there is a tendency to gripe and complain and blame - to me All In means no blame, no negativity, no excuses, and no obstacles. It means attitude and it means results but most importantly it means the joy in the journey. I'm all in this year! I've been finding in the first couple weeks here, that my new teammates are really appreciative of the help, and almost "surprised" (not sure if that's the right word) by what I've been able to do to help them.  So I think we need to reach out and do whatever we can to support our teachers, no matter what it takes to help them.
