i think that using google forms is a good idea and it is quite creative

opportunities:
- uh you could make it so they don't have to get the questions correct because its very difficult to get that hh especially for something as specific as like google forms where you do have to put in word for word or it will come out wrong, we should just make it so that they can move on as long as they have completed the question

- planning a skit, along with finishing these 3 questions in 10 minutes when you can only complete 1 task at a time? yeah i dont think that's a very reasonable demand, especially when you have to get the answer correct or you won't be able to move on

I think instead of doing a google form we should do like a kahoot quiz --> uk the quizziz thingy cause if it kahoot then they cannot see the questions so for the quizziz quizzes rite we can set a time limit for each question
so like when they are planning they have to finish the quiz at the same time and like the totel duration of the quiz can be 10 minutes so end of the quiz means end of the whole activity and they have to move onto the next room

- we need to clear our doubts about the camp so that it can go more smoothly on the actual day
- familiarise with camp details and activities
- think on the spot and communicate in case anything happens
- get ready all necessary documents beforehand
- have back up plans/get prepared for the unexpected
- make sure that all activities suit all types of learners (namely: auditory, visual, kinestheic)
- follow up on comments and resolve feeback...make things right
- use zoom functions (pin, spotlight speakers, etc)
