What can you say about the DOH's idea of not announcing the brand of vaccines to be administered unless your on the site already?

For me, it's okay that they don't say the vaccine they will give in the Philippines, especially if they haven't studied the side effects of that vaccine.

in my point of view its not okay because they will administered the vaccine to me so of course i want to know what is the vaccines name and where it came from so that i could conduct my own research and make a decision. and its just suspicious for me, why do they need to hide the brand of the vaccine that will be administered at the first place - RIA

I agree with the DOH’s decision not to let people know the vaccine will be injected into them. the same vaccine can eliminate the Coronavirus. why else would they decide what medicine to inject them with if it would save them from Coronavirus disease. -Fritz

For me I think that's not a good idea. Because each vaccine have different percent of how it can defeat COVID- 19. Also knowing the brand of the vaccine can make you have a choice of what you want to have. Base on your own research about it and what's more effective for you. Besides why do they need to hide the brand? It feels like they're hiding something about the vaccines if they do that. In my opinion they don't have to do that. That will only cause chaos in peole's mind. - Crish

that is not fair because every Filipino has the right to know what will be injected into their bodies, they should know what kind of vaccine they have. they should know in the first place if they know what to inject them, it's their decision, if there are side effects and they know what vaccine it's pretty okay because it's their decision, unlike if they don't know the vaccine to be injected into them.
