🌸 After that, I made another assignment of confirmation stamp. Two items that need to be stamped is the special bonus of aid 2018 and official secret act.

🌸 Attend a banquet held on a record unit, in exchange for staff exchange switching from record units to other units and separation of students completing industrial training.

🌸 I have also completed a re-name of a medical officer in a service book of 54 people. This is to facilitate administrators managing medical officers to search quickly.

🌸 Resumed yesterday's task of re-naming medical personnel in a service book of 36 people.

🌸 After lunch, I was given an assignment by CC Rozita to make an electric energy-saving logo and would be posted in the office at every switch. This is made in conjunction with the world Go Green Day.

🌸 After that, I have recorded the info of the postal item into the prepared information book. Every item that will be posted will be recorded. This is to prevent any negligence or loss and we have a back up as evidence.

🌸 Resume task key in mail for 12.3.2019 and 13.3.2019. For one day, the budget in 20 letters will be keyed into the computer.

🌸 Record information in service books for administrative assistants, assistant administrative officers, operational assistants and security assistants.

🌸 After that, CC called for my help to photostape pamphlets. This pamphlet on "Health Care Scheme for Group B40" and this pamphlet will be distributed to patients who come to HTM.

🌸 After that, the administrators asked for help to stamp bonuses and official secret acts in service books for the posts of the head of the nurse (sister).

🌸 After that, I made minutes for each staff file. Some staff have 4 files showing that the staff has been here for a long time.

🌸 After the break, I took part in the secretariat for zumba aerobics. This activity is organized by HTM Health Education unit. This activity is lead by the zumba instructor who has been paid. All office staff are involved with zumba aerobics activities.

🌸 After that, I have a key in the outgoing mail that has not yet been inserted into the computer.

🌸 Besides that, I am posting the staff leave form that has been downloaded and printed from the HRMIS system. All staff leave forms will be posted on the government service book

🌸 After that, I continue to work yesterday which is to make the employee file minutes. as it has been told red stamp for incoming mail and blue stamp for outgoing mail.

🌸 After returning from religious talks, I joined the ‘gotong-royong’ at the Human Resource unit where the units I was practicing were practical. The ‘gotong-royong’ is aimed at making a file disposal process that has been in excess of 10 years. Where this file is separate by year and we will record the start date and the last date of the file. These files will be moved to the next building store by asking for help from a vehicle driver to bring these files using the HTM van.

🌸 Unfortunately, I work half day today because of the disallowed circumstances. I feel unwell and very tired, I went to see the doctor to check on the condition and the doctor gave me MC for 3 days starting today to rest.

🌸 Attending a farewell reception made in the Financial unit. This farewell ceremony was held in conjunction with the Encik Yusri to be transferred to the Kelantan State Accountant Department.

🌸 After the break, I continued to create the task of creating minutes in the staff file. For today, I make a file minute for a position of Medical Officer's.

🌸 For today also, supervisor of industrial training faculty came to HTM to make a tour. I was under the beautiful lecturer of Madam Amira, she had come here to ask the students and the condition of the industrial training area. Everything going is well.

🌸 After completing the task, I wrote the details of the Medical Officer (doctor) who converted to HTM into a government service book. Every occurrence of exit entry, must be written into the government service book.

🌸 The administrator asked me to photostate a government service book. Any staff who will be transferred to the hospital or other department, this book will be photocopied to be made as evidence and spare if loss or damage occurs.

🌸 After that, I continued to make minutes for the employee file. As always, red stamp for incoming mail while blue stamp for outgoing mail.

🌸 Stamped verification in a copy of the government service book that has been photocopied. After which a copy has been stamped will be handed over to the EO for signature.

🌸 Key in mail to Microsoft Excel for 4^th  and 8^th April 2019.

🌸 Help the administrator record a property declaration into the employee service book.

🌸 After completion of the assignment, EO asked me to remove the hard mail using the machine that has been provided. In this way to prevent outsiders or uninvolved parties aware of the contents of the confidential letter.

🌸 Today, the HTM library has organized a 'Let's Read 10 Minutes' program. This program is held to give time to rest to the employees while reading the book prepared by the HTM library.

🌸 After completing the morning talk, I was given an assignment by the administrator for a key in a letter that has not yet been resolved. Letters certified by HTM directors must be in the key direct to avoid any loss or omission.

🌸 Make a copy for HRMIS form. I made as many as 50 copies because the form will be distributed to HTM employees.

🌸 After completing the MA banquet, I continued to make minutes of the uncompleted meeting file. This is because every day the outgoing message will occur.

🌸 The administrator asked me to write details on the newly opened file. The details that need to be written are names, posts and file numbers.

🌸 After completion, I made the next task of key in the letter received by HTM.

🌸 Upon completion of the correspondence section, the EO asks me to provide a document for the meeting. She taught and told one by one so I could easily understand.

🌸 After completing the file minutes, I resumed yesterday's work folder configuration for the KEW.8 section. Under section KEW.8, there are many items that all administrators need to know. For example, salary deductions, pay increases, reimbursement of allowances, allowance deductions and some more.

🌸 After entering into the office, I started the task by making a copy of the letter that was cut to distribute to the unit involved. Distribution is through pigeon hold, telephone and fax.

🌸 The Service Circular seeks to implement the GCR for a rest day that can not be spent on service benefits up to a maximum of 120 days to pensionable employees.

🌸 The rest of the policy stipulated by the Government is to encourage the employee to take his annual leave for the purpose of efficiency as well as for the benefit of the officer himself. However, there will be officers who can not spend their rest on the benefit of the service. In this case the officer is allowed to collect the rest of the holiday, subject to certain conditions, to be replaced by the GCR.

🌸 Furthermore, writing details on service books for special financial aid items and the date of salary movement for Medical Officer (MO) positions.

🌸 The items to be reviewed are grade, date of appointment, date of service confirmation, date of pension and some more items that need to be reviewed.

🌸 Next, I made a letter for minute of the placement file in HTM.

🌸 During my 16 weeks intern, many things and work I learned and I can also add more knowledge about management.
