Try out new things to discover new or hidden talents. Perhaps in HR, an older existing workforce may need to upgrading their skill-set, and they can, be better at their job 

How things will change in future?
It is now expected to constantly upgrade your skill-set, even after finishing a formal education. In HR, this will probably increase a need for skill-specific workshops for managers.
