The curriculum has two 3-hour lectures each week for a total of one month. The module was successfully completed on schedule. More than 30 students from other institutions, other cities, and different fields of study attended the module, which was taught by Mr.Stam with Mr.Miran a lecturer from the University of Sulaimani and Sulaimani Polytechnic University.

As for the title, I'd like to keep it a puzzle.

Because the tools revolve around this framework, this module covers three main topics:

 

·         Teaching Methods 

·         Assessment tools

·         Learning environment

Teaching Methods: Various facilitation or teaching methods that are in line with a student-centered approach to help teachers and students get familiar with the main pedagogical tools to suit the requirements of their learners on an individual basis.

Assessment tools: present a variety of cutting-edge assessment methods with a primary focus on formative evaluation in order to lessen the dependency on summative evaluation.

Creating learning environments: using real and virtual platforms, particularly the utilization of digital tools to create online learning environments.

        In the first week we received an overview of the module. The discussion began with the teacher asking what you think you have left to learn and what you expect to learn in this module, I have this opinion myself, although I didn't say it there.

I think on average the six modules prepare us for something and each module completes part of the big picture, Pedagogy may be one of those things that you eventually understand all together.

After we got an introduction to the module he then mentioned that there are three hundred more ways to teach, He made it an assignment for us to present each group and two teaching methods.

The teaching methods consisted of (Gamification learning method , simulation based learning , flipped classroom , Guest presentation teaching method , Drama based learning , case based learning , skill based learning , the snowball method , collaborative learning method , fishbowl learning method entrepreneurial method….)

What about gamification is that you want to convey the knowledge you want to teach through a game, It is to make them enjoy the learning more and be more stimulated, As an example, we distributed several number puzzles to the participants that showed their ability to notice and the differences.

The second way is the way of analogy, Learning in this way is a successful way because the lesson is taught in practice or in a scenario or something similar, our dear friends introduced us to many different ways of teaching and many different and enjoyable practical examples.

The second week, began with this interesting quote

'' if you want someone to remember your message in a presentation or an article or a report , tell them a story''  'Rachell'

      The teacher told us the story of Hannah Arendt's life and growth, as well as the obstacles and challenges of her life and her courage, we were all silent to see what would happen next and he would deliver the messages one by one And we would learn about hope, perseverance, obstacles and challenges.

He asked us to do an assignment the following week, where everyone should talk for 5 minutes about their specialty in real life.

I think the purpose of this assignment is twofold. The first is that our presentations and seminars have been teamwork, this time individually, and the second is that you can explain your knowledge in a language that everyone understands

I gave a seminar on two or three mathematical topics.

Our mathematical task is difficult to be able to talk about mathematics in a language that everyone understands

I had identified the topic of possibilities because it is a commonly used topic in everyday life, First, I raised two interesting things. I mentioned that the shape of any circle divided by its diameter is the constant of pie.

Pie is not an ordinary number. It is an irregular number. With the advancement of computers, about 17 million digits have been discovered.

These numbers contain the dates of birth and death of all of us, Then I asked how likely it was that two of us in this group had the same birthday.

Of course, the laws of mathematics answer these questions, Then I mentioned that the laws of probability are used to determine the number of games in a table tennis league or any face-to-face match.

As the subject of the slides, I chose the Kurds, who in 1850 talked about how we could arrange 15 girls in five sexual rows to go to church daily, provided that two girls did not fall next to each other more than once seven days a week.

I talked about the challenges of this problem.

Then our other friends each talked about their scientific topics which were all useful and enjoyable. We gained knowledge about some sciences.

Another concept I became acquainted with was the abbreviation for (SWOT: Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) .

It is a concept of critical thinking that can be used to discuss a topic. As a group of four, we answered questions about the central teacher, the challenges he faced and the reasons for his continuity. 

For several purposes, including: Assessment helps you get feedback on your teaching and understand where it is weak and where it is strong, And you get good information about learning outcomes, Assessment would help you know your knowledge and knowledge has been delivered or has not arrived , And these assessments will help you fill in the gaps and guide you to authentic and in-depth learning,

We will assess skills, attitude knowledge and science.

It can be divided into two parts: Holistic Rubric and Analytic Rubric, This division is detailed and staged.

Rubric is very important for several reasons contains : 

v  Improve student performance

v  A measure of student learning of skills

v  Give a clear and transparent methodology

v  Improve student learning

v  Learning outcome

v  fairness and transparency

v  The student feels credible in giving the evaluation for evaluation

v  Reduced evaluation time

v  Self assessment

In that day's lesson after learning some information about the rubric, we were given an assignment to prepare with a rubric on one of the Teaching Methods

We as a group of friends of Soran chose the (Student construction of diagrams, charts, or graphs) method, we made an analytic Rubric to assess these seminars, presentations and poster presentations that are presented in the form of flow charts or images or graphs, data and histograms.

Whose criteria consisted of (Objective, Label and Segment, Data analysis, Number of variables, Appearance (Quality))

 As the final assignment of the module

The teacher asked us to prepare each group (problem basic learning PBL) in the form of seminars and presentations to discuss one of the problems of higher education in the hope that it will take its place and try to solve it

For this purpose we have identified a topic (معید و کێشەکانی لە ناو زانکۆ)

Because we believe that the (معید) duties and rights are not clearly defined and his position is unclear, he will face an unpleasant attitude

We assessed the matter in terms of legality and lack of guidance

For clarity, we obtained some data in the field from some colleges and some data through an electronic form on some questions and comments on the problem
