Usually when movement, those ready will just walk down first, while the slower ones take their time. If we were to implement everyone to go down together, those fast one, may have to be more patience in waiting for the rest of them, in turn, they will push the rest to hurry up. This may also cause more noise in a sense. And also if the whole class walk down together, the noise be significant louder. That we have to enforce by all teachers, because usually their journey down to another class is by themselves and there's no teacher supervision, and thus they be more hyper. So as long as any teacher see a class walking down is noisy, they are able to report the whole class.

I think the boys are used to waiting for instructions in telling them what to take out at the start of the class, instead of anticipating and get it out as soon as they sit. That one have to set a pre class routine.

Common seating plan - Only minor movement between lessons so far, teachers are able to start lesson quickly.

Noise level - During morning assembly, Sec 2 are usually very noisy and set quite a bad examples for the Sec 1 sitting right beside.

Gabriel Kim has no buddy. even if assigned, he is unable to conduct himself appropriately.

Can I give a few suggestions:

- get the boys to sit outside maker's lab instead.

• The CMs will have to go over to the Makers lab area to check b4 gg for their lessons.

- close the gate earlier 755 am

• Sch gate can only close at 8 as mentioned in Praise & Grace

- those boys who are not inside quadrangle when the bell ring should be counted late (very often they are the same group of boys, no consequence met)

• As long as e students set foot into sch at 8am..they are punctual 🫤

I think it's a good idea as it would help to reduce transition time between classes. However, it has been quite difficult to maintain a common seating arrangement because of different students' subject abilities and needs.

Readiness for Lessons

Most students bring their PLDs to school now so now it is less of an issue. Some students still forget to fully charge their PLDs.
