         <description><![CDATA[<div>My nutrition goal is to drink at least 7 water bottles a day.<br>Another thing I want to start doing is eating more vegetables instead of fruits, reason being is that fruits have sugar and to much sugar is bad for you.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>My typical diet is not that good I eat alot  of carbs and protein. <br>Proteins are good for you but to much can be harmful because most of the protein we eat have fat and to much can cause cardiovascular health issues in the long run.<br>I drink water but I don’t drink alot  so I want to start drinking more of it because you can get alot  of benefits </div>]]></description>
