Chris stout is a hero because in 2015 he quit his job with friends and started their organization. This organization was started off by spending his life savings with no job. Chris built houses for the homeless veterans that served the country in part of his foundation.

The small houses contain every necessity possible in a house and a community center where it gives them access to daily activities like the barber shop or the veterinarian for their pets and etc. His community has helped up to more than 8,000 veterans which allowed them to stay 6 months or more as long as they worked towards their goal. Each house took 72 hours to prepare for the next resident. His program was a community project that was involved in Denver, Nashville and St. Louis. He soon reached out to about 650 plus communities hoping to be in every major city moving forward.
