i personally feel that getting business involved into politics or i mean the other way around is sorta like a double edged sword since yes while you do stay true to yourself and aren't being upfront with the public it does draw in revenue with people who share that same belief as you while on the other hand it does push away people who are conflicted with that way of thinking. maybe if our government was more like allies than competitors then maybe that way of thinking would be seen more through out America. so while it may not seem smart it does have some logic behind it.

Bureaucracies are meant to cover specific parts of government, just like teachers cover different subjects. If you asked a science teacher to teach music, it wouldn't go very well. Bureaucracies help give insights that one person specializing in law might not think about.

I'm not sure how but I definitely think it needs to be addressed. I don't really feel like the American people have a say in what happens in our Judicial Branch. I know it is supposed to be an unbiased part of the government but it's not and I don't think it ever will be.

I think that judges should not be elected by the people. People will vote for the most lenient or the person who most aligns with THEIR personal values, not the values of the Constitution and the founding fathers. The judges should be neutral and able to discern truth from lies. Elected judges would most likely (worst case scenario) not uphold those values.
