         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong><em>Title </em></strong>- Healthy 4 Life Programme <br><br><strong><em>Subject:</em></strong> Physical and Health Education<br><br><strong><em>Aims and objectives: </em></strong><br>•The Healthy 4 Life (H4L) program has been developed by the Physical &amp; Health Education department to support and educate students with their understanding of health, well-being and fitness.</div><div>•The H4L program complements the existing PHE curriculum which is being delivered face-to-face and through distant learning.</div><div>•The H4L program is offered as an additional resource to further encourage MOE students to be more active at home and make healthy life choices. <br><br><strong><em>Questions and considerations: </em></strong><br>How has the unit of curriculum changed with Distance learning? <br>How do we get the best results for assessment of impact and learning? <br><br><strong><em>Adaptations to the unit for DL: </em></strong><br>The H4L program will run for 10 weeks and all resources will be available through LMS. </div><div>•1 PowerPoint (15 – 20 minutes) </div><div>•1 work out video [live premiers] (15 – 20 minutes) </div><div>•Additional resources (websites, activities, videos, readings, etc.)<br><br>Weekly fitness workouts will be uploaded as ‘premieres’.
