I have realised even more how beautiful and vulnerable the world is. Though thousands of kilometers may separe us, all human beings are very close to each other. This is what I want to make my students understand. Being in contact with people from all over the world will make them see that we are more equal than different. It will create understanding and acceptance, while learning about life in different places. Last but now least, the joy of making new friends will stay in my heart!🧡💛💚💙

This is the best course I've been to so far. Not only has it been beneficial to me personally, but it has also provided much useful information, knowledge and experience for our institution. It focused on experiential learning and we learnt methods and tools to apply in our curriculum and lessons to prevent early school leaving. We also acquired knowledge how to adapt to the needs of potential drop out students, how to create tools which would promote student motivation, cooperation and involvement, to create inclusive environment where they would feel safe.
All the activities were really inclusive, experiential and based on real-life. We were introduced to a different culture, nature, traditions and people which enhanced our tolerance and adaptability.
We definitely improved our skills and competencies such as communication and interpersonal skills, felxibilty and adaptability to various environments, collaboration and team work as well as inclusiveness. The course also focused on internationalization which will be helpful in developing this aspect further at our school.
In short, I highly recommend this course as its content, methods and activities are very useful for any person or institution.

This course guided us through the experience, from the national identity to the global world. We learned many different things from involving all school members in international activities to writing an international policy, which will be understandable and clear for everyone in the school. The main thins what I learnt from this course is to motivate everyone to do something, it doesn't matter what, students to learn, staff to participate in the interational activities. People only to be creative, like what they are doing, do it with love. This way we gained a lot of useful knowledge which will help us in solving an issue - to prevent early school leaving.
I liked this course, it was very beneficial, we got knowledge, tolerance through the cognition of nature, culture, history, music, meals, handcrafts, comunication with local people.

I really fill more experencied, more open-minded than ever before.

Big thanks to course organizer Rita, she did the course impressive and amazing. Thanks to her and this course I will be able to make an impact and changes at our institution.

Planning your own international project requires above all a high level of personal motivation, which will be the heart of the project and from which the ideas and activities will develop. In addition, as a coordinator you need extensive knowledge of your own cultural origin, subdivision of cultural heritage, tangible and intangible, openness and acceptance of new and different, flexibility and creativity. Above all, however, you have to be aware of why it is so important to integrate the global dimension into your own curriculum. You should know the key competencies that are to be supported in international projects and integrate them into your own project. That is why it is so important, in addition to student activities, to provide comprehensive advanced training for school staff and, if possible, to include all colleagues, all subjects and school staff in the internationalization plan and to plan mobility accordingly. In addition, it is important to inform the parents and the public about the activities and to present what has been developed as widely as possible in order to achieve greater acceptance and promote the attractiveness of the school.
If you want to ensure that the students find their place in an increasingly globalized world and to support them in preparation for their future, globally oriented world of work, then you have to show them their own roots, let them experience their own culture. Only in this way will they be curious about more, want to learn more about other cultures, be able to compare and learn to appreciate the value of this heritage. They also learn to accept other things and can get involved. This is particularly important when it comes to protecting our world, because we are all citizens of the world and protecting and preserving this heritage is our task. The point is not to save everyone, as that would overwhelm them, but to show them how they can do and achieve great things in small projects.
In this course I learned what is possible and achievable in the context of internationalization and with various projects. In normal lessons, this is hardly possible in a hectic everyday life, in addition to the curricular specifications of the subjects. But our task, in addition to imparting knowledge, is also to support our students in becoming responsible global citizens and finding their place.
Due to the very structured construction of this course and the various possibilities to set up a project and to justify it sensibly and to integrate it into the school curriculum, by also looking at what already exists, I can take a lot of ideas with me for my future work, which I will hopefully put together I can implement it with my colleagues, if I succeed in convincing my school management with the appropriate arguments that I was able to get to know here of the importance that an implementation of internationalization has in one's own curriculum.
