         <title>Group 1 - Pre Work Expectations/Grouping</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Pre Work:<br>1. Arrive on time before the bell with the pre-work done<br>2. If tardy without a note = -20 points. Bathroom is not an excuse<br>3. If unprepared, first five minutes of class to fill out the pre-work and join a tutorial group<br>4. Bring appropriate resources needed to solve your POC.</div><div><br>Grouping:</div><div>1.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;When you arrive, find a dry erase board. Write your topic clearly at the top and sit down.<br>2.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Groups should be 2-4 people. If there are 6 people, it should be two groups of 3.<br>3.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;If you arrive with all the boards filled, self-select your topic for your POC.<br>4.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;If all boards are filled and you have a different topic, join a related group or ask your teacher for help<br>5.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;This is not a study hall. You do not have the option to work independently.&nbsp;<br>6.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Start tutorial as soon as everyone is seated.</div><div><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Types of Questions:<br>1.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Should be upper-level. A 2 or 3 on the Costa scale. Should be a critical thinking question.<br>2.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;If you come with a level 1 question, it will need to be rewritten in order to earn credit.<br>3.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;The question should be a point of confusion. NOT one that you already know how to solve.<br><br>Resources and devices:</div><div>1.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Phones and headphones are in a bag. Not visible. Phones will be collected if policy is not adhered.<br>2.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;No music during tutorials.<br>3.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Chromebooks are acceptable if the tutorial requires.</div><div>4.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Class materials should be on desk.
