* When they are processing their experience it creates a learned memory, instead of temporary retention  
* It changed education by having the teachers focus more on what learning style benefits the learners. It was no longer one size fits all as it had been. 
* Experiential Learning gave teachers alternate assignments and a changed learning experience. Instead of the traditional lessons, homework, and test, it was changed into field experience, labs and presentations. 
*The experiential learning theory works in four stages.
