         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li><p>Mental skills and strategy</p></li></ol><ul><li><p>Set a reasonable goal (Practice sample questions 3-4 time per week, do mind map and recap on past lectures)</p></li><li><p>Try to self talk and give more confidence </p></li></ul><ol start="2"><li><p>Physical strategies</p></li></ol><ul><li><p>Try to have a more active lifestyle (Continue exercising 3-4 times per week)</p></li><li><p>Nutrition (Eat more home-cooked food and reduce the quantity intake per meal to keep a more fit and healthy body.</p></li><li><p>Sleep routine (Try to progressively increase the duration of sleep each day, after a period of time to achieve an ideal sleep duration of 8 hours.</p></li></ul><ol start="3"><li><p>Other areas</p></li></ol><ul><li><p>Resilience (Even though topics covered are new and foreign, try to have more practice and not give up even when in doubt or unclear of how to solve questions.</p></li><li><p>Different approach (Try to have different ways to study and learn. For example, do a mind map or teaching what was known to another person so that from a different perspective, will be able to learn. )</p></li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Objectives/Goals  </p><ul><li><p>Get, maintain and graduate with a GPA of 3.5 and above.</p></li><li><p>Start exercising regularly.</p></li><li><p>Learn programming languages in free time. </p></li></ul><p>Strengths</p><ul><li><p>Calm and collected individual</p></li><li><p>Have a plan for the future</p></li></ul><p>Weaknesses  </p><ul><li><p>Tend to procrastinate a lot despite being somewhat determined.</p></li><li><p>Mindset might be a bit weak, physically also a bit weak, making me feel a bit lazy overall and unmotivated at times.</p></li></ul><p>Specific Areas to be Addressed</p><ul><li><p>Mindset and attitude towards approaching tasks and goals.</p></li><li><p>Mental and physical strength needs to be improved.</p></li></ul><p>Intervention Strategies  </p><ul><li><p>Divide the major goals into small chunks, start off bit by bit so it does not feel overwhelming. </p></li><li><p>Take some time to do what you like and relax.</p></li><li><p>Talk to friends and family regularly to keep your self in a good mood.</p></li><li><p>Improve sleeping time to not feel lazy and unmotivated throughout the day, drinking lots of water to keep my self hydrated.</p></li><li><p>End of the day self reflection before going to sleep.</p></li></ul><p>Timeframe  </p><ul><li><p>Just follow the above intervention strategies regularly, and set small goalposts with google calendar to check off all the tasks that I complete along the way, one step at a time. </p></li></ul><p><br></p>]]></description>
